NORDEX FOOD has grown enormously since its foundation in 1984. This growth is based on three sales channels: Retail, foodservice and industry. Over the years, we have built long-standing partnerships based on trust and respect - something we are proud of.

This allows us to provide inspiration for exciting and healthy dishes - based on the latest trends.

To be among the leading suppliers of white and Mediterranean cheeses from Greece, Cyprus and Italy, we are constantly developing new products and flavors. These come both as fresh and frozen products, in a variety of cuts and packaging, and delivered through an efficient supply chain.


Our core task is to provide our customers in the food industry with raw materials that are adapted to the needs of their productions. NORDEX FOOD takes pride in being your partner and, based on your needs and wishes, develop new variants or optimize existing ones. Due to our own production sites and the close cooperation we have with our suppliers, we have a wide range of opportunities to enter into development projects around our product range.

Food safety is integrated at every stage of NORDEX FOOD's development, sales and production processes, and our production in Denmark is BRC AA certified.
