NORDEX FOOD has grown enormously since its founding in 1984. The growth is based on three sales channels: Retail, Foodservice and Industry. Over the years, we have built long-standing partnerships based on trust and respect – and this is something we are proud of.

NORDEX FOOD focuses on both quality products, a high level of service and broad know-how. We are experts in our range's applications within food service, because we ourselves are foodies and know our consumers. In this way, we can provide inspiration for exciting and healthy dishes – based on the latest trends.

To be among the leading suppliers of white cheese as well as Mediterranean cheeses from Greece, Cyprus and Italy, we are constantly developing new products and flavors. These come both as fresh and frozen products, in a variety of cuts and packaging as well as delivered via an efficient supply chain.


Our core task is to secure our customers in the food industry raw materials that are adapted to the needs of their productions. NORDEX FOOD takes pride in being your partner and based on your needs and desires develop new variants or optimize existing ones. Due to our own production sites and the close cooperation we have with our suppliers, we have a wide range of opportunities to participate in development projects around our product range.

Food safety is integrated into all stages of NORDEX FOOD's development, sales and production processes, and our production sites in Denmark and Wales are BRC AA certified.
