The production of cheese from goat's milk is not necessarily a new invention. In fact, it is believed that the first cheeses were made from goat's milk. Goat's milk cheese has therefore been produced all over the world for thousands of years.

However, a lot has happened since the first goat cheese was produced. Today, for example, it is produced in our modern factories. Here we have the best conditions and all the modern equipment and tools needed to produce the most fantastic and tasty cheeses.

At Nordex Food we produce our goat cheese literally from scratch: we have invested in our own goat farm. It is located close to our Danish factory near Nørager.

We make sure that our goats live a life like God in France, but we also find that we can't afford anything else. We also find that the welfare of the animals can be felt and tasted in the finished cheese.

The fresh milk enters the production process shortly after milking. In this way we achieve the best and freshest end result.

You can find our products in many supermarkets, cheese shops and restaurants all over the world. We have a global network of customers in more than 70 countries around the world.

However, it is not always easy to recognize that it is a Nordex Food cheese. This is due to our private label solution.

With a private label solution, you can sell our cheeses under your own brand, offering your customers good quality cheese and promoting your company or brand at the same time.

At Nordex Food we do not compromise on the quality of our cheese, whether it is our own brand or not. This of course also applies to our goat's cheese.

We subject all our products to continuous quality testing. We do this simply to ensure that there are no food safety violations and to preserve the good texture and pleasant taste in our cheese.
